I completely understand you are disappointed in me, and that you don't 
think I am the right leader for ALN! I can promise you that I will 
sincerely do better in the future. I hope you continue the amazing and 
consistent work you are doing currently with ALN! While I don't think a 
"change in leadership" is possible, I ask of you to help me fix this 
instead of throwing away everything.
